What happens to my video content after cancelling my subscription?

Modified on Wed, 30 Oct, 2024 at 10:14 PM

After expiry or termination of the subscription, you are not permitted to use already downloaded tracks for the creation of new productions, e.g. videos, podcasts, and the exploitation of the same.

Notwithstanding the foregoing any production already exploited during the term of the subscription can stay online, i.e. there is no need to take it down. However, you are not permitted to use such productions after the end of the subscription in such media in which the production was not used during the term.

Example: If you published a video on YouTube during the term of the subscription, then you are not allowed to publish the same on TV after the subscription term has terminated.
